Most female executive coaching is designed to change your style to better fit into the expectations society has of women leaders: you must be ambitious (but not too ambitious), likable, and not rock the boat.

That will win you some friends, but it won’t get you where you want to go in your career.

Most of the women I coach leave their current jobs during or after our coaching together, because they realize they’ve been putting up with less when what they want and deserve is more. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

What we’re going to work on together:

  • Getting really clear on what’s holding you back from your executive leadership/founder goals.


  • Determining if you have some skill, knowledge or experience gaps you need to fill.


  • Cultivating your raw and natural leadership style and adapt it to a range of situations that will bring out the best in you – and the greatness in others.

Through our work you’ll be able to:

  • Own your unique leadership style, apply it effectively, and confidently resist organizational pressure to change your approach or style to fit a stereotype.

  • Give yourself permission to take risks and make decisions that are beneficial for you, not just the organization.

  • Determine if you can succeed in your current environment or build a path to exit to something greater.

How we work together
